Shipping Methods

Generally items are sent UPS Ground for locations within the Continental United States and UPS 2nd Day for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii.

Faster (overnight shipping) is available in most U.S. locations. You will see a selection of shipping options during the checkout process.

Shipping Times

Production (manufacturing) times vary for each product depending on in-stock availability.

Orders are processed immediately upon being placed. Because all products are branded by hand with custom embroidery or silkscreening, everything takes 3-5 days to produce. Items are shipped immediately after production is complete.

Add the production time to the shipping time (See the map below.) to find out when you'll receive your order.

For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the UPS 2nd Day option in the order form to receive the item in a timely manner. You may use UPS ground, but be aware that it can take up to two weeks to receive an order outside of the Continental U.S.

Shipping International

Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States vary greatly. We recommend you contact us at the numbers listed above to discuss the options and projected results.

Many customers are in remote locations across the globe. We are committed to assisting this valuable support base and will do everything ewe can to get product to them.

Shipping Faster

If you are in a hurry to receive your product, please let us know. For an additional fee, we can often speed up the production time, and we also have the means to ship overnight to most locations.
