Returns

We work extremely hard to bring you products of the highest quality, functionality and appearance. We are confident that you will be satisfied with them.

On the small chance we made the error and sent you something other than requested, we will of course, refund your entire payment. This includes: the cost of the item, any handling or additional fees, and the cost of shipping.

However, if you received what you ordered, and are unhappy with the items we do offer an exchange or refund if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be unworn in resalable condition. Once your return is authorized, we will gladly refund your payment minus the shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for free-shipping promotions. Please allow one billing cycle of your credit card to show your refund.

All authorized exchanges or returns should be sent to Ecom Goods in their original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

  1. Email us at: lcross@ecomgoods.com or call us at: 866-999-2668 to discuss your return. A representative will give you a Return to maufacturer Authorization (RMA) Number.
  2. Repack the unused item up in its original packaging.
  3. Label you package with the following shipping Information

  4. For verification purposes, we recommend tracking the package through your shipping carrier to ensure it was properly received.
